个人简介:

理学博士、二级教授, 1969 11 25 日生,云南玉溪人。历任云南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所 团支部书记(1994/6-1997/12);云南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所 副所长(2007/12-2011/7);昆明市农业局 副局长(2010/8-2011/7, 挂职);昆明市农业局 党委委员、副局长,昆明市农业科学研究院 院长(2011/8-2015/3);昆明市农业局 党委委员、副局长(2011/8-2015/10);威尼斯城vnsc登入平台(副院长主持工作,2015/12 起)等党政领导职务。云南省中青年学术技术带头人,云南省有突出贡献的优秀专业技术人才(二等奖),云南省青年科技奖获得者,国家自然科学基金评审专家,云南省农业转基因生物安全管理专家咨询组成员,云南省作物学会常务理事,云南省生物化学与分子生物学学会常务理事。自1991 年起从事水(陆)遗传、育种、资源、生理及栽培研究等专业技术工作。历任研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员等专业技术职务。研究重点集中在陆稻新品种选育、多年生稻遗传改良、野生稻有利基因发掘利用、利用生物技术改良农作物品种及应用等4 个方面。主持和参加包括科技部的973 计划课题、科技支撑计划课题、农业部转基因重大专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目、洛克菲勒基金、家乐福国际基金、美国山地研究所合作项目、云南省科技强省计划、云南省自然科学基金项目等。已先后有7 个水(陆)稻品种通过云南省农作物品种委员会审定在云南主产区推广应用。4 项研究成果分别获的云南省科学技术奖(自然科学类)一等奖1 项、二等奖1 项、(科技进步类)三等奖1 项、湖北省科学技术奖(科技进步类)二等奖1 项。在“Science” “NatureBiotechnology ”“Nature Communication”“PNAS”“Molecular Plant”“BMC-Genetics”“BMC-Plant Biology” “Euphytica”“J. Plant Biol.”“Rice Science”、《中国水稻科学》等国内外学术期刊上发表50 多篇科技论文。

具体研究方向及内容:

在陆稻新品种选育方面,针对陆稻是云南南部山区的主要粮食和经济作物,还有150万人口依靠陆稻生存和发展的现状,通过近20 年的陆稻新品种选育和推广,先后已有IRAT104、云陆29、陆引46、云陆52、云陆101、云陆103 6 个陆稻品种通过云南省农作物品种委员会审定在云南主产区推广应用,并在东南亚等地得到应用。在水稻主体亲源细胞质遗传变异研究方向,针对水稻细胞质单一化的十分突出,但对其认识是相当有限等问题。采用以水稻的主体亲源为母本构建同核异质系(回交世代到BC10),在不同核背景以及不同环境条件下研究水稻主体亲源细胞质在农艺性状、产量、稻瘟病抗性上有无细胞质遗传。研究发现细胞质对水稻产量和耐冷性有遗传效应,为更好的利用细胞质进行水稻的遗传改良提供了新的观点和思路。现在主要进行细胞质遗传变异可能的分子机制探索。在多年生水稻遗传与育种研究方向,瞄准国际上利用长雄野生稻的地下茎无性繁殖方式培育多年生水稻品种的前沿科学问题进行探索性的研究。在研究中,我们第一次发现了两对基因(地下茎基因)控制水稻多年生性的发育和表达,这个结果为培育多年生的水稻提供了材料和理论依据。现在主要从全基因组角度对控制多年生性的相关遗传机制进行分子克隆和功能验证。在利用生物技术改良农作物品种中研究方向,主要是利用MAS 技术,把相关基因转移到优良受体进行快速筛选获得新品种并在生产上推广应用。在研究中,一方面参与到由华中农业大学主持的转基因重大专项中利用MAS 技术,把Bt 基因转育到云南水稻主栽品种中培育抗虫新品种,另一方面,在我们前期研究发现的基于水陆稻差异的关键基因NCEDTB2 等的基础上,利用MAS 技术,把主栽水稻品种转育成耐旱品种。
